Scheduled Base Behaviours can be created to assess users' behaviours at a specific interval. Once activated in a running Competition or Experience Group the assessment of the Behaviour will run based on the Scheduler defined in the Base Behaviour.
A Scheduled Base Behaviour is very similar to creating a One-Off Base Behaviour. Build your Scheduled Base Behaviour as per the 'One-Off' for these sections - Information Section, Evaluation Criteria Section, Insights Section, Additional Information Section, Behaviour Criteria Section
In a 'Scheduled' type of Base Behaviour 'non-triggerable' as well as all 'triggerable' Objects can be selected from the 'New Base Behaviour' Wizard. The following non-triggerable objects are currently supported:
- AccountTeamMember
- AccountContactRole
- CaseArticle
- OpportunityCompetitor
- OpportunityContactRole
A new section is available in a Scheduled Base Behaviour - Schedule Criteria
Scheduler - This allows you to specify the frequency of the assessment of the Base Behaviour to either Daily, Weekly or Monthly. In this example, the Behaviour will be assessed Weekly - every Friday at 10.30pm
