Info: The user who installed the package will automatically be assigned a SuMo licence.
If a different user will be carrying out the post install steps, they must first be assigned a SuMo licence.
Other users will be assigned a SuMo licence automatically when they are set up as Motivation Designers, Players, Competition Managers, Influencers or Observers.
Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup link at the top of the screen
Within the sidebar select Build | Installed Packages
Click on Manage Licenses next to the SuMo package name
If the user doesn't appear on that page, click Add User and assign the SuMo licence to them.
Automated Setup
Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup link at the top of the screen
Within the sidebar select Build | Installed Packages
Click on Configure next to the SuMo package name
On the Application Configuration page, expand the Installation & Upgrade section
Click the Run button next to Automated Setup:
Info: The current status, plus any errors encountered, will be reported in the Automated Setup section. If any errors are reported, try refreshing the page and clicking Run again.
User Page Layout
The User object page layout needs to be modified so that the "SuMo User Type" fields can be made available to administrators:
Within the setup sidebar select Object Manager | User | User Page Layouts
Click Edit beside the User Layout page layout
Add a new Section immediately below the User Detail section, with these settings:
Add the following Sumo fields to the new section:
Motivation Designer
Competition Manager
Influencer
Observer
Player
Click the Save button to complete the task and save your changes.
