Updated over a week ago

A connection must be created between Sensai and Salesforce.

1. Login to Salesforce

Login to the Salesforce Org you wish to connect.

2. Login to Sensai

You would of received a welcome email with Sensai login instructions.

In the same browser as your Salesforce login - click on URL - https://sensai.cloudapps.com

Enter username and temporary password and press the Login button

On your first login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password. Change and press Submit button.

You will then be presented with the Sensai Home Page.

Create Connection

In the app menu, select connections

In the connections page select the Salesforce Icon to connect to a Production environment or the Sandbox Icon to connect to a Sandbox environment.

As you are already logged in to Salesforce, this new connection will appear in the list.

Select 'Actions', then select 'Provisioning'.

Selecting 'Provisioning' it will trigger the following:

  • File import

  • Dataset creation

  • Model creation

  • Model training

  • Prediction generation

  • The connection will be ready and listening to new SF events that are performed on the Opportunities and the Accounts

Provisioning Status will be reflected once your connection has been established.

Other options within the Action Menu allow the import of files from Salesforce, deploy a model and turn on weekly snapshots. "Configure snapshot" is where the user can enable pushing data back to Salesforce.

Important: The user must have permission to view setup and configuration, otherwise the provisioning will fail.

Single Sign-on

Once the connection has been created, Salesforce users are able to sign in to Sensai using their Salesforce credentials.
