The following issues are currently exhibited in Sensai and, where applicable, workarounds are provided as a temporary measure until the issues have been resolved.
File previews (preview of the first 10 rows of the file) are only available for Files that use UTF-8 encoding. Users are recommended to upload their files using UTF-8 encoding.
Federated users (logged in using Salesforce credentials) are unable to submit Models for training.
Users are unable to set up a verified phone number in Settings in order to use SMS based Multi-factor Authentication. TOTP MFA should be used instead.
If an error occurs on a Connection an error message will still be displayed even when the error has been resolved. Users are required to refresh the page in order to clear the error.
