Info: The user who installed the package will automatically be assigned a Sensai licence, all other users in the org will also be automatically assigned a Sensai licence. However, a SuMo licence will also need to be assigned to users who intend to use Sensai.
- Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup link at the top of the screen
- Within the sidebar select Build | Installed Packages
- Click on Manage Licenses next to the SuMo package name
- If the user doesn't appear on that page, click Add User and assign the SuMo licence to them.
Set API Key
- Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup icon at the top of the screen
- Navigate to Platform Tools > Custom Code > Custom Metadata Types
- Click Manage Records next to the Application Setting label for the API Name sensai__Application_Setting__mdt
- Click Edit next to the API Key label
- In the Value field, paste in the API Key for the customer's Tenant (found in the Security tab in the Sensai Administration Console)
- Click Save
Clone Permission Set
- Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup icon at the top of the screen
- Navigate to Administration > Users > Permission Sets
- Click Clone next to the Sensai Admin permission set, provide a name for the permission set and then click Save
- Assign this cloned permission set to all users who have been assigned the Sensai Admin permission set (as described here)
Configure Connected App
- Enter Setup by clicking on the Setup icon at the top of the screen
- Navigate to Platform Tools > Apps > Connected Apps > Manage Connected Apps
- Click on CloudApps Sensai and click on the Edit Policies button
- Set Permitted Users to Admin approved users are pre-authorized and then click Save
- Click Manage Permission Sets under Permission Sets and select the cloned permission set that was created in the previous section
- Click Save
